Kashmiri Keema Pulao Recipe In Urdu

Ingredients
1 half kg of minced meat 
2 half kg of rice (soaked) 
3 half cup of curd
 4 one to one and a half inch pieces of ginger 
5 ground coriander one table spoon
 6 red chillies ground two teaspoons
 7 hot spices ground two teaspoons 
8 salt to taste
 9 saffron one teaspoon
 10 milk half a cup 
11 pistachios, almonds, walnuts, cashews, cherries and raisins as required 12 oil as required

Step by Step Instructions
First heat the oil and fry the keema in it. 
2 Now add curd, ginger and all the spices and cook on a low flame, till the keema gets fried well. 
3 Now add soaked rice, saffron, milk. Add salt and water and bring to a boil. 
4 After that add dry fruits and cook until the water dries up. 
5 Finally give it a stir.
 6 Tasty Kashmiri Qeema Pulau is ready.
